Arnold Dental is Jay Arnold: a dental equipment technician who repairs, installs, and maintains the equipment your practice runs on. When you call, you talk to the person who does the work.
Most of the calls are the same handful of problems: a chair that won't lift, a compressor that runs all day, a sterilizer that aborts its cycle. Jay has fixed them hundreds of times, carries the common parts, and will tell you straight when a repair isn't worth it.
Refurbished equipment sold through the site is serviced in the shop, tested, and delivered and installed by Jay himself, so the person who sold it is the person who maintains it.
